Welcome to Open Source
Open Source is Edinburgh-based theatre company Magnetic North’s exciting new online community, supported by the Scottish Arts Council. Open Source members will get exclusive behind-the-scenes insight into the creation of Magnetic North shows, including rehearsal videos, director blogs, tour photo-journals and much more. It’s also a great chance to engage with Magnetic North and Scottish arts in general - you can post your own feedback and comments, make suggestions about arts events you’ve been to, plus attend special OS Members performances in your area, with discounted tickets and post-show events. It’s a great way to keep up with what’s going on, hear about arts events and meet new friends with similar interests.
Members come from all walks of life and have a shared interest in the arts in Scotland - be it as a theatre-goer, arts professional or volunteer. We’re particularly looking for members from three key areas - Edinburgh, Dumfries and Galloway, and Fife.

b) Answer a few simple questions about yourself.
c) Set up a profile - you can add as much or as little information about you and your interests as you’d like.
d) Away you go. You can join groups about different Magnetic North projects - present and future - post on forums, view special video and blog content, chat to other members and invite your friends to join.
